How skills unlock

Watch it. Drill it.
Own it.

01

The tutorial comes to you

When you’re ready for the next skill, its tutorial is added to your workout automatically — front and back views, lead and rear side marked.

02

You drill it in rounds

The rounds that follow use what you just learned, so it sticks.

03

It’s learned

After a few workouts with it (you choose how fast you learn) the skill is yours and the next one unlocks.

The skill path

From your first jab
to spinning kicks.

Boxing

Stance and guard, the 1–6 number system (jab, cross, hooks, uppercuts), bodyweight shifting for power, overhands, slips, dips, rolls, pulls, footwork, angles and switching stance.

Kickboxing

Roundhouse, front and side kicks, knees and elbows, checks, switch kicks, then spinning strikes, crescent and hook kicks, back kicks and more.

MMA, pads and sparring

MMA movements like the sprawl, plus how to hold pads and run partner drills — each one shows up once you’ve learned the matching solo skill.

Jump rope and speed bag

Switch on a jump rope or a speed bag in your equipment and each gets its own skill list: rope basics, boxer skip, high knees, criss-cross, double unders and switching direction; speed bag singles, doubles, triples, knuckle and back-of-hand rolls.
